Information We May Receive

i-360 may receive information that visitors voluntarily submit, such as name, email address, company name, phone number, service interest, project budget range, project message, chatbot questions, and communication shared through email, WhatsApp, or consultation requests.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, understand project requirements, schedule discussions, estimate scope, improve website communication, and provide relevant information about i-360 services, products, projects, AI tools, automation systems, and software development capabilities.

AI Copilot and Local Knowledge Use

The website AI Copilot may answer using approved website knowledge content and, when configured, a server-side AI API. Visitors should avoid submitting confidential production credentials, patient data, financial account details, or sensitive secrets through the AI Copilot or contact form.

Anonymous Interaction Analytics

To understand whether the AI Copilot is useful, i-360 records limited anonymous interaction events such as a question being asked, the general intent detected, a citation or helpful prompt being selected, and a contact or WhatsApp link being opened after a chat. These analytics may include a randomly generated browser-session identifier, a detected topic or product name, the event time, and the selected link or prompt.

Question text and answer text are not stored in chat analytics. The random session identifier is not intended to identify a person and is not combined with a name, email address, IP address, or contact-form message in the analytics file.

Browser Session Storage

The AI Copilot uses browser sessionStorage to remember limited conversation context during the current browser tab session. This may include recent questions and answers, detected intent and entity, helpful follow-up details, and a random session identifier. Session storage is normally cleared when the browser tab or session ends and is not available to other websites.

Contact-Form Chat Handoff

If a visitor chooses the contact form after using the AI Copilot, the browser prepares a short chat summary containing the detected intent, identified product or topic, recent visitor questions, and helpful next details. This summary is placed into the contact-form message field so the visitor can review, change, or remove it before submission. It is sent to i-360 only when the visitor submits the contact form.

Analytics Retention

Anonymous AI Copilot analytics files are retained for up to 180 days and are then automatically removed. Files may also be exported or deleted earlier by an authenticated administrator. Contact inquiries and business communications may follow a different retention period where reasonably needed for communication, project evaluation, support, legal, or operational purposes.

Data Sharing

i-360 does not sell visitor inquiry information. Information may be handled by trusted communication, hosting, email, AI, or technical service providers only where needed to operate the website, answer a visitor's request, respond to inquiries, or maintain business communication.

Security

We aim to keep business inquiry information and limited analytics reasonably protected. No website statement should be read as a guarantee of absolute security.
