Company Vaccine Policy
A remote-first health policy built around responsibility and respect.
i-360 operates as a remote working company, so our regular work model does not require team members to work from a shared physical office.
We encourage team members to make informed health decisions, follow applicable public health guidance, and act responsibly when participating in any in-person meeting, client visit, event, or workplace activity.
For remote work, vaccination status is not used as a condition for day-to-day online collaboration. Team members are expected to maintain professional availability, communicate clearly, and avoid attending in-person activities when they are unwell or may create a health risk for others.
If a client site, partner location, event venue, government rule, or travel requirement has specific health, safety, vaccination, testing, or documentation requirements, i-360 team members are expected to follow those applicable requirements before participating in that in-person activity.
i-360 respects personal privacy and handles any health-related information carefully. Any request for health or vaccination-related information should be limited to what is necessary for a specific client, legal, travel, or workplace safety requirement.
